  • Hamstring and Side Hip Stretch

Place the center strap on the arch of the foot and the opposite leg ankle across the opposite knee .  Holding onto the end of the strap at a loop comfortable to the stretch gently raise your leg above your body.  Hold this stretch for about 10-15 seconds then repeat on the other-side.
  • Quad Stretch 

Place one foot in the center of the loop and pull strap over the shoulder while balancing on one leg.  Select a loop that is comfortable to the stretch,  Hold this stretch for about 10-15 seconds then repeat on the other-side.
  • Hamstring Stretch 

Place the center strap on the arch of the foot.  Holding onto the end of the strap at a loop comfortable to the stretch gently raise your leg above your body.  Hold this stretch for about 10-15 seconds then repeat on the other-side.
  • Hip Stretch 

Place the center strap on the arch of the foot then raise leg above the body.  Holding onto the end of the strap pull leg across the body at a loop comfortable to the stretch extend opposite arm away for the body and opposite leg straight.  Hold this stretch for about 10-15 seconds then repeat on the other-side.
  • Lower back and Hamstring 

Place the center strap on the arch of both feet .  Holding onto the each end of the strap at a loop comfortable to the stretch gently.  Hold this stretch for about 10-15 seconds then repeat on the other-side.
  • Arm Stretch 

Hold the strap with one hand and place the strap behind your back.  Hold strap with opposite hand diagonal across the back .  Find the loop on strap that is comfortable to stretch.  Hold this stretch for about 10-15 seconds then repeat on the other-side.

Exhale on the contraction (the muscle engaging part of the exercise) phase of the repetition.  Then inhale on the release phase.  Rhythmic and regular  breathing will help you achieve the results you are after.  Most importantly,  do not hold your breath.
