I am a Texas HS track coach and run my own summer track program. I have used the byrdbands for over two years. The results that I have seen in my new and experienced runners are immeasurable. I use them as a training tool for my new runners and an reinforcement tool for my older kids. If you are not using the byrdband especially for your newer athletes, you are doing yourself and your athlete a disservice.
